We currently offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom.
We plan to expand our delivery destinations in the future — please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter for announcements.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Please note: some items, due to size, availability, or special handling, may require up to 14 business days for shipping.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Processing times may be extended during busy periods such as Christmas or major promotions.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when it has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
While we strive to meet these estimates, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
For some items, shipping may take up to 14 business days.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s website.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your order.
Winter Atelier is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please note: we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or forwarding addresses. A valid street address is required.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or material composition.
Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@winteratelier.co.uk as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution — which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable).
9. International Shipping
At this time, Winter Atelier does not offer international shipping.
We are working to expand our reach and will update our customers once international delivery becomes available.
